Their work is custom-to-order, designed, set, and pressed by hand. Yee-Haw's client list is vast and varied, ranging from the Asheville Art Museum and Chicago Poetry Center to Nylon Magazine and MTV2. ArtsWest West Walk
May 13th
Saturday
1:00 - 6:00 pm
ArtsWest, a burgeoning arts district, will be holding the second West Walk on Saturday, May 13, from 1:00 to 6:00 pm on Haywood Road in West Asheville. West Walk is an invitation for Asheville residents, visitors and newcomers alike to get to know this up and coming neighborhood. For West Walk, area artists open their studio doors to the public and local merchants donate wall space while offering special West Walk sales.

ArtsWest held the first West Walk on December 3rd of last year and welcomed a very promising turnout. Hundreds of visitors strolled along Haywood Road for the walk. Over 20 artists and merchants participated in the December 3rd walk, and even more local talent is on-board for the upcoming West Walk. For West Walk, visitors are invited to park, pick up a map of ArtsWest at any participating location, and explore this burgeoning creative community.

ArtsWest is an emerging creative community that stretches along Haywood Road from 520 Gallery, located just west of I-240 / Exit 2, to Cyclone Studios, located on Haywood Road just where it begins to curve toward the river. For more information on the May 13th West Walk, including a complete list of participating artists and merchants, please visit the ArtsWest website at www.artswestasheville.com or contact Bridget Elmer at 828-255-8444.
