If you have questions about BookWorks and Interlude Editions; our schedule of workshops; exhibition space; studio space for rent; or if you'd just like to stop by for a visit, we'll be on-hand and at your service.
The Bookworks Studio Store carries a variety of print and binding papers as well as supplies for the book and print artist. The store also sells books, sketchbooks and other pieces made by local artists as well as tee shirts, tote bags and aprons. Open during normal Bookworks hours. Limited items are also available at our online Gift Shop.
Throughout the year, BookWorks hosts special events including Guest Lectures and Artist's Receptions in conjunction with Gallery Exhibits. We are located just East of Exit 2 off I-240/I-26.
Heading East on Haywood Road, you'll pass B&B Pharmacy and Ace Appliances on your left, with our building being the next one on the same side of the street. Our entrance is halfway back along the 428 building wall, away from Haywood Road.
- Hourly Free Parking is premitted along Haywood Road in marked spaces.
- Daily Free Parking is available in our own lot. To reach the BookWorks day lot, continue East along Haywood Road;
Right onto Richmond Ave, then right into the gravel parking lot. There is a walkway and stairs at the far end of the lot that lead to the BookWorks entrance.
- After Hours Parking (for evening and Sunday events) is also permitted in the Ace Appliance lot, facing the BookWorks entrance. Please do not park in this lot during normal business hours Monday-Saturday.
